Bears rookie Justin Fields is 'pure juice'

Fields passed for 2,100 yards, 22 touchdowns, and only six interceptions in just eight games for the Buckeyes last season. Trevor Lawrence will undoubtedly make an immediate effect for the Jacksonville Jaguars once he takes the reins as quarterback.

Trey Lance has the potential to thrive in San Francisco under 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan, and Zach Wilson is anticipated to make a splash in New York for the Jets. However, one guy may have a chip on his shoulder as soon as he is given the chance to play.

Justin Fields, an Ohio State product, was selected with the No. 11 pick in the draught by the Chicago Bears. In a recent interview with Fox News, NFL Network analyst Brian Baldinger said that he has no idea when Fields will take over as the starter, but that it will come sooner rather than later.

"My second favourite quarterback in the NFL Draft was Justin Fields," Baldinger said. "I listen to everything that Matt Nagy said, and I don’t believe any of it. It’s not a knock-on Andy Dalton. We know what Dalton is going to do for you. But Justin Fields is like pure juice. He’s got it all."

In just eight games played last season for the Buckeyes, Fields threw for 2,100 yards with 22 touchdowns and only six interceptions. He added 383 yards on the ground with five more scores.
